Our story

The history of our company begins in 1870 — with a small butcher shop in Schöppingen. Since then, a lot has been achieved, across generations. What remains is our clear commitment to a sense of responsibility and sustainable growth of the company.

New company headquarters

Start-up of the newly built EC slaughterhouse on Eggeroder Straße with a capacity of 5,000 pigs per week

Construction of the dismantling

Extension of the cutting plant

Starting up the sewage treatment plant

The company's own sewage treatment plant is put into operation

Expansion of rapid cooling

Installation of a rapid cooling tunnel and expansion of cooling capacity

Construction of the washing hall for livestock trucks

Construction of a new washing hall for lifestock trucks.

Renovation of cold rooms

All cold rooms are brought up to the latest standards in terms of thermal and refrigeration technology
